Return & Refund Policy

At Bowers & Bidwell, every item is made to order specifically for you. As a small independent brand, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, please reach out, and we'll always do our best to help.

Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Accidental purchases

You may exchange if the size does not fit. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Size Exchanges

If your item doesn't fit, we're happy to offer a one-time size exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unwashed and in like-new condition.

  • It may only have been tried on for fit.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send your replacement size at no additional charge.

Size exchanges are limited to one exchange per item.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once we've reviewed your claim, you may choose either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

We'll work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll investigate the shipment with the carrier and our production partner.

If the package is confirmed lost, we'll provide either a replacement or a refund.


Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered, we're always happy to help investigate possible delivery issues.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every order is produced specifically for you, production often begins shortly after your purchase.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights where they apply.
