At Bowers & Bidwell, every item is made to order specifically for you. This means your merchandise is produced after your order is placed rather than sitting in inventory.

We appreciate your patience and support of independent music and art.


Order Processing & Production

Orders typically enter production within a short period after purchase.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During high-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected production delays, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States: Typically 3–7 business days

  • International: Typically 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may be required by their country.

Bowers & Bidwell is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and our production partner.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to determine the best resolution.
